Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy, the 14 days begin from the day on which you receive your order. We only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened or any security seals broken.
Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from the Talbot Hair Store, please enclose a copy of the email in your return. We cannot accept returns we have not been made aware of. When returning any items please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we have not received.
If you wish to return any products we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping. If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.
If you are returning a product which is outside of the 14 day period from when you received your order store credit will be issued.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s) , please notify us in writing or Via email within 7 days to shirley.talbot@hotmail.com
